  1. Shipping method – All parcels will be delivered with Australia Express Post (if the service is available). The shipping rate is starting at $14.95. For oversized ad overweight items, surcharge may apply.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
  2. For customer’s postcode in the Australian Express Post Network. If you place order before 12:00pm, your order will be sent out on the same business day and the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days. If you place order after 12:00pm, your order will be sent out on the next business day and the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

  1. For customer’s postcode outside the Australian Express Post Network, your order will still be delivered with express post (If the service is available). The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.   
  2. For customers who want the same day delivery (Sydney Metro Area only), please contact us and extra charge will be applied.
  3. For extra large, extra long and heavy orders, it will not be delivered by Australian Express Post. It may take 2-5 Business days to deliver. We will contact with you about the delivery fees and delivery time.
  4. We currently delivery to Australia. For International customers, please contact us for delivery postage and delivery time. International parcels are sent Air Mail (both Registered and Economy options available) and usually arrive within 5-10 working days.
  5. In case you are not at home, please advise a safe place where courier can leave your parcel.
